For years, men were handed repurposed women's formulas, overcomplicated routines and outdated branding. The category grew, but adoption stayed low, because the products were never formulated for men's skin, and rarely delivered results. YCODE was created to solve exactly that.

Freddie Sheridan spent nearly two decades working with leading global beauty brands before recognising a repeated industry habit: women's formulas placed in masculine packaging and sold to men, despite real biological differences.
Instead of relabelling existing products, he spent five years developing formulas specifically for men's skin, working with scientists, formulators and ingredient specialists around the world to build every one from the ground up.
