Our Advanced Eye Serum comes in a fully aluminium tube with a snap-off tip, not a twist or pull cap. It can feel unfamiliar the first time, so here is everything you need in under a minute.
HOW TO OPEN.
Grip the tip, rock it, and it pops off with a clean click. No twisting, no pulling from the base.
Hold the narrow tip, the applicator, rather than the main body of the tube.
Gently rock the tip left and right. It will pop off with a clean click.
Squeeze the tube gently to dispense, then apply along the under-eye.

HOW TO RESEAL.
The serum is stable without the tip in place, so resealing is entirely optional. If you like to keep it capped between uses, here is how.
Turn the snapped-off tip around and insert it back into the opening.
Tap it twice on a hard surface so it seats firmly.
Next time, pull the tip off sideways and carry on as normal.
A CAP WORTH LOSING.
We chose a fully aluminium tube because it is far easier to recycle than a standard tube with a plastic lid. Most plastic caps are made from mixed materials that recycling systems often reject. By removing that part altogether, we have made it simpler for you and better for the planet.
