HOW WE SHIP.
Orders are dispatched from our two fulfilment centres: our UK centre serves the UK and Europe, and our US centre serves the US, Canada and the rest of the world. Orders placed before 1pm local time are dispatched the same working day, Monday to Friday, and you'll receive a tracking link by email the moment your parcel is on its way. Express delivery is available in every market at checkout.
30 DAYS, RISK FREE.
Try the routine for a full 30 days. If you don't see and feel the difference, we'll refund you, even on opened bottles. No forms, no fuss.
Write to hello@ycode.co with your order number and a quick note. No need to explain yourself in detail.
Our team replies within one business day with a return label and the address. Keep the products, packaging isn't required.
Once your return is on its way, we process the refund to your original payment method within 15 business days.
