How often should I exfoliate?
Depending on how sensitive your skin is, and the intensity of the product you use, you should ai to exfoliate 2-3 times per week.
 
Exfoliation by skin type
For dry skin look for a gentle, moisturising exfoliator, preferably with glycolic acid. Avoid using mechanical exfoliants.
 
If you have sensitive skin, use a gentle exfoliator or soft brush twice a week. If you find this is too much, talk to your doctor or dermatologist about other skincare options.
 
Normal skin will allow you to pick your preferable method. Try out facial brushing an exfoliator to see which method you prefer.
 
Oily skin can benefit from a thicker scrub or a facial brush.
